Blogs are beneficial for so many reasons. Blogs provide countless opportunities for leaders to relate and communicate with many individuals including other leaders. Information shared might be displayed in forms of comments and links. We can learn from other bloggers, share ideas, and greatly open lines of communication. Happy blogging!
I agree that we can and are learning so much from one another by blogging on the discussion boards and here now on our blogs! Administrators have an isolated job. They don't get to share very much with each other through out the day. Blogging helps them connect with one another.
